The nonrefundable $50 application fee, which applies to all applicants (except residents of the Meyer Treatment Center) can be paid by:

Third Party Sponsor
Some students may be sponsored by a third-party(e.g., employer) who commits to paying their tuition and/or fees. Third-party sponsors must submit a purchase order or government training authorization form.
Application materials should be combined into one file and submitted as a PDF to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Current Curriculum Vitae
CV's should be full, current, and relevant to the program of interest.
Statement of Experience & Interest
Provide a brief description (500-750 words) of their mental health-related work and experience (and it's duration), indicating any relationship it may have to the program. Statements should be double-spaced, with 1” margins, and in 12-point Times New Roman font.
Two (2) Professional References
References from friends or family members will not be accepted.
Note: Once submitted as part of your application, application materials become the property of WSP and will not be returned or released to other institutions. Please keep a copy for your records.
