This is about you.
While various topics (such as mental illness, trauma, and addiction) will be explored, the focus of this group will be about you learning to recognize, acknowledge, understand, and express your feelings and thoughts. In learning to do so your quality of life may improve as you gain a greater understanding of yourself and your relationship to other people.
Why group therapy?
Learning about yourself within a group creates:
-A space to realize you are not alone
-A space to find your voice
-A space to relate to yourself and others in a healthy manner
-A space in which you can both receive and give support
LIMITED TIME AND SPACE
