Billing & Payment

Billing Notification

Billing notifications are emailed on the 1st of the month to the preferred email address indicated on the student’s enrollment agreement form and are due on the 30th of the same month.

Payment Options

There are two ways to pay tuition and fees at WSP:

  1. Pay in Full. Pay your full tuition and fee cost by the established deadline prior to the first day of classes.
  2. Installment Payment Plan Options. Students have the option to pay their tuition and fees in installments by established deadlines.  Late fees assessed for missed payments. Students may select one of the following options:
    • Fall and Spring Installment Plan: Requires the $300 program deposit plus 25 percent down payment of total charges due with the submission of the student's Enrollment Agreement form. The remaining balance is due by January 30 of the Spring semester.
    • Monthly Plan: Requires a 50 percent down payment of total charges due with the submission of the student's Enrollment Agreement form. The remaining balance is split into equal payments that are due at one-month intervals. The Fall installment dates are September 30 , October 30, November 30, December 15. The Spring installment date is January 30.

All tuition and fee costs must be paid by January 30 by 11:59 PM (unless previously arranged).

If other payment arrangements are needed, please contact Dr. Elia Tamplin (etamplin@wspdc.org), Director of Education and Membership.

Note: Approved scholarship funds will be used to make the required down payment (if necessary) and future payments until depleted for all installment plans.

Additionally, the School reserves the right to cancel the terms of agreement if a student fails to make any scheduled tuition payment within ten (10) calendar days of its due date. Upon such cancellation, the balance of tuition owed for the program will become due and payable immediately, and the student will not be entitled to any refund unless the default is cured within ten (10) calendar days of notice from the School.

Returned checks and electronic payments: A service fee of $50.00 will be levied on all returned checks or electronic payments if the bank is not at fault. Multiple returned payments may result in loss of ability to submit check/online payments and cancellation of this agreement.

Delinquent account: The School reserves the right to pursue all collection efforts and practices to collect any unpaid balance, including:

  • Place calls to the telephone number provided
  • Email/mail invoices to the email/physical addresses provided
